Best Mopars at SEMA 2022
The much talked about departure of Ford and Chevy from SEMA 2022 left room for Mopar to move in to Hot Rod Alley, and they did it in a big way. Set up right in the center of the main hall, there were a ton of really great Mopars in the display. Not to mention those scattered around the rest of the show. Here are a few that caught our eye.
We loved this Superbird. The color appears to be an updated version of the legendary Petty blue.
...and it was packing a well detailed Hellcat Hemi.
Kevin Hart's '69 Roadrunner is a study in understated modern muscle.
It has a Hemi with a giant blower. Look at the tidy detailing and fit and finish on this one.
One more look at the arrow straight body and paint.
We showed this Goolsby-built van in our truck coverage, but it's worth another look from a different angle.
The van's interior was just as nice as the outside.
Dodge had it's Charger Daytona EV concept on hand.
Hard to get more sinister than a murdered-out Daytona with Hellcat power.
We dig the understated black steelie-looking wheels on this one.
This Coronet was absolutely menacing.
This Super Stock-style Challenger looked like it raced right out of the 70's.
This Durango in the Dodge display was insane...
It's powered by what looks an awful lot like a blown fuel Hemi.
More of our favorites from the Big 3 to come from SEMA 2022...
